Join us on Monday, July 12 as we return to Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success for our annual Tee Up To Cure Diabetes Golf Classic.

 

Nestled on Long Island a few miles east of New York City, Fresh Meadow Country Club has been host to many historic events as well as famous celebrities throughout the years. Its premiere services along with exquisite Clubhouse décor and challenging, beautifully manicured golf course makes it the ideal location for us to Tee Up To Cure Diabetes.

 

Individual Tickets are $850.00 and Foursomes start at $3,200.00
