WORKOUT WITH YLC

Get moving every morning with a variety of different workouts through the week!

We’re kicking off each day of One Week for One Night with a series of lively and refreshing workouts to get you off the couch and/or away from your WFH desk!

All workouts are body weight only (with the exception of clear space/yoga mat) and available via Zoom, so anyone can participate!

Registration for each workout class is free, however a $10 suggested donation per class is encouraged.
