Natasha Soto-Albors

Natasha is a New York City based mixologist and filmmaker, dedicated to creativity in its many forms. After graduating from New York University, Natasha found her way into the hospitality industry as a natural counterpoint to her pursuit of the arts. She was fortunate to begin at two of chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s restaurants, Spice Market and Mercer Kitchen. From there, she moved on to Perilla restaurant in the West Village where she eventually played a large role in the bar program, creating original specialty cocktails. Following Perilla, Natasha worked for the iconic Union Square Hospitality Group as a bartender and private events captain on the rooftop of the Gramercy Park Hotel. Most recently, Natasha became a key member of the bar team at Motel Morris restaurant in Chelsea. This dynamic neighborhood spot boasts a popular cocktail program, with recipes developed by Natasha and her colleague Gaspar Villalva.

Rich Dreher

Rich Dreher is a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and most recently, has been deeply proud to work at Chef Dan Barber’s Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Previously, Rich served as a sommelier at Union Square Hospitality Group’s Maialino restaurant in NYC and as the Wine Director at Saxon + Parole. Additionally, for several years, Rich worked as a Trade Liaison between The New York Wine and Grape Foundation and the NYC wine market. As a result he developed a passion for NY state wines and has personal relationships with many of the region's winemakers. Rich’s enthusiasm for local products has made Blue Hill at Stone Barns an ideal place for his continued growth as a wine professional. It’s also a terrific platform for making amaro from local ingredients, a practice he began at Maialino while working closely with their extensive selection of Italian regional bitters.
